November CSFF Tour: Curse of the Spider King, Book 1 of The Berinfell Prophecies by Wayne Thomas Batson/Christopher Hopper








Here is my review of this enjoyable book:

First of all, I would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank you” to Wayne Thomas Batson, Christopher Hopper and their publisher for sending me a copy of "Curse of the Spider King, Book 1 of The Berinfell Prophecies" to review for them. I have always been grateful for this generosity, but haven’t been very consistent in taking the time to thank them in a public forum. I really appreciate your time, effort and expense in making a reviewer copy available to me.

As with most of the Christian Science Fiction and Fantasy books I receive to review, my husband either snaps them up as soon as he sees them on the kitchen counter, or I ask him to read them because he really enjoys this kind of book and wll give me an honest opinion about the story. Well, the intriguing and colorful cover of this book caught his eye, so he grabbed this book himself. Although written for a younger tween to teen audience, he really enjoyed it. The story had depth and solid characters and a shadow of Christian principles cast throughout the novel. Although he is not waiting with baited breath for more novels in the series, he will certainly pick them up when he sees they've become available.
