"Deceived” by Irene Hannon is the deliciously suspenseful third novel in the incredible Private Justice series.  Connor Sullivan, former Secret Service Agent and now partner in Phoenix, Ltd. has taken on a beautiful client with an unusual case.  Kate lost everything three years ago.  Her husband and son were tragically lost in a boating accident.  But now she believes she’s seen her son and no law enforcement agent is taking her seriously.

This gripping novel will keep you up well past bedtime turning pages frantically through the brilliantly crafted story.  The intensity that I’ve come to expect from Irene Hannon is evident from page one and doesn’t let up until the cover is closed.  This is a wonderful novel.  It definitely has a place on my keeper shelf with Hannon’s other books.

Homiletics .   By definition, “homiletic” is the art of preaching or writing sermons.   I think we would all agree that our pastors study the Bible thoroughly to deliver sermons every Sunday to their congregations.   The beautiful news is that every child of God can use this discipline to study the Bible for themselves.
