Embraced by God by Babbie Mason

First of all, I would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank you” to Babbie Mason and her publisher for sending me a copy of "Embraced by God" to review for them. I am truly grateful for this generosity. I really appreciate the time, effort and expense it takes to make a reviewer copy available to me.

“Embraced by God” is a 21-day devotional by Babbie Mason that really touches the heart. The lengthy daily readings get the Christian in touch with the Heavenly Father who loves us so deeply, He sent His One and Only Son to die on our behalf.

This is not a quick little devotional read to start your day. It’s a sizeable read to begin your day, but well worth the treasure of scripture and life application contained within.

Homiletics .   By definition, “homiletic” is the art of preaching or writing sermons.   I think we would all agree that our pastors study the Bible thoroughly to deliver sermons every Sunday to their congregations.   The beautiful news is that every child of God can use this discipline to study the Bible for themselves.
