is to do same for ToM which is among them in midst of uncleanness.

MHP until he comes out having made atonemt for him/household/Israel; then he
come to altar before L & make atonemt for it, he take some bull’s &
goat’s blood & put on horns of altar; he sprinkle some blood on it w/
finger 7x to cleanse/consecrate from uncleanness of Israelites.

bring live goat, lay both hands on goat & confess all wickedness and
rebellion of Israelites & put them on goat’s head, send goat into
wilderness in care of someone appointed for task; goat shall carry sins to
remote place, man shall release in wilderness.
