  First, I would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank you” to Sarah Monzon and her publisher for sending me a copy of "All’s Fair in Love and Christmas" to review for them. I am truly grateful for this generosity. I really appreciate the time, effort and expense it takes to make a reviewer copy available to me. “All’s Fair in Love and Christmas” is such a beautiful book!   It’s loaded with ideas for how to celebrate Christmas as presented by the main characters, Mackenzie and Jeremy.   These two are colleagues who are competing with each other for a promotion to be given to the associate with the most Christmas spirit!   Each needs the pay raise that will come with the promotion, but there is a complication: Mackenzie has had a crush on Jeremy since he joined the staff two years ago, and she is shy and socially awkward.   Jeremy is competitive and wants the promotion, but as the Christmas spirit emerges in the office, he begins to see Mackenzie as he never has be...
