Please forgive this rough draft format, as these are my raw study notes. I felt a great sense of urgency to publish them rather than waiting until I had the time to pretty them up. Thank you and I pray that God blesses you through this material.

12:5 — woman fled to the desert — the Int'l Bible Commentary says that this refers to the flight of the Palestinian Church in AD 66.
the child = the messiah.
See Psalms 2:8-9; 110:1-2 (AMP)
12:6 – The 1260 days = time, times and half a time (see v. 14).
12:7-12 - The war described in vv. 7-12 is yet to come.
12:9—See Genesis 3:1, 14, 15; Zechariah 3:1 (AMP)
