Please forgive this rough draft format, as these are my raw study notes on the book of Ephesians. I felt a great sense of urgency to publish them rather than waiting until I had the time to pretty them up. Thank you and I pray that God blesses and encourages you through this material. Stay strong. Grow in your faith in Christ. Live in the Spirit. Encourage each other. Pray. Jesus is coming…

Take a few minutes to pray and savor chapter 3 of the book of Ephesians. Read it with the thought in mind that this is Paul’s instruction to new Gentile converts in Ephesus. Then return here and ponder the thoughts, answer the questions, and be sure to leave comments about your own revelations…
Chapter 3 – April 26, 2005
3:1 – written to gentiles
3:6 – the mystery – the gentiles are heirs with Israel. Members of one body – Paul declared that gentiles had equality with God’s chosen people!
3:8 – Paul says he was called to preach to the gentiles. Yet the stories about him in the book of Acts always have him begin his preaching to the Jews in the synagogue. When did he finally realize his calling?
Acts 17:2 – it was Paul’s custom to preach to the Jews first.
Stewardship of God’s grace. As He extends it to us, we should extend it to others.
3:20 – God draws us back abundantly.
