First of all, I would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank you” to Kelly Hancock and his/her publisher for sending me an electronic copy of "Saving Savvy" to review for them. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and their generosity.
Kelly Hancock’s “Saving Savvy” is a fascinating book that will get your creative saving and spending juices flowing. The concept of saving money AND living generously may seem like an oxymoron, but Kelly has done it, herself, and is called by God to teach others to do the same. After leaving her high paying job to be a “stay-at-home-Mom”, Kelly developed several money-saving techniques that helped others to save and really aided her own family when her husband’s company downsized and he found himself out of a job.
The advice that Kelly Hancock offers to spend less really does work. However, living in this way is by no means effortless. But I am confident that the reader will get out of it what they put into it. Plus Kelly has done much of the research on how to save big. And more money in your pocket means being able to support more causes. And having a bulk package of chicken in the freezer will feed a couple of guests at your dinner table.
