Please forgive this rough draft format, as these are my raw study notes on the book of Genesis. I felt a great sense of urgency to publish them rather than waiting until I had the time to pretty them up. Thank you and I pray that God blesses you through this material.

Take a few minutes to savor Genesis Chapter 41. Then return here and ponder the thoughts, answer the questions, and be sure to leave comments about your own revelations…
41:1-9 – Pharaoh’s speech describing his dream gives the cupbearer the exact opening he needed to approach Pharaoh about Joseph and position himself in Pharaoh’s good graces.
41:1 – Joseph is 30 years old. See 41:46.
41:14 – see Ephesians 1:19-20.
41:16 – Joseph credited God with the ability to interpret dreams.
41:33 – Joseph boldly offers an unsolicited solution to Pharaoh’s issue.
41:37-40 – Joseph was put in charge because the Spirit of God was in him! Pharaoh recognized this just as Potiphar had!
41:42 – see Matthew 18:28.
41:43 – Potiphar and his wife would have to bow down to Joseph with everyone else.
41:45 – see Ephesians 5:23-32.
41:56 – see Acts 4:12.
What attributes of God have you observed in your study today? How will this change your relationship with Him?
