Bound By Duty by Valerie Hansen

Bound by Duty
by Valerie Hansen

When Sgt. Linc Colson is assigned to monitor Zoe Sullivan and determine if she's secretly aiding her fugitive serial killer brother, his instincts tell him she's not in league
with the criminal---she's in danger. It's up to him and
his K-9 partner, Star, to keep the pretty single mom alive.

Here is my review of this enjoyable Romantic Suspense read:

First, I would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank you” to Valerie Hansen and her publisher for sending me a copy of "Bound By Duty" to review for them. I am truly grateful for this generosity. I really appreciate the time, effort and expense it takes to make a reviewer copy available to me.
“Bound by Duty” by Valerie Hansen from Love Inspired is everything I hoped it would be in a romantic suspense read!  This short novel begins building tension from page one and literally takes off at a run!  I was completely entertained by the novel even though certain storylines didn’t tie up at the end of the read.

Hunting for a fugitive serial killer, the military has assigned Sgt. Linc Colson and his K-9 partner, Star, to follow Zoe Sullivan, the killer’s sister.  Zoe, a single mom who would do anything to protect her son, denies any knowledge of her brother’s whereabouts.  Then it becomes very evident that Zoe is being stalked and it appears that she may be the killer’s next target.
This is an enjoyable book.  I recommend it as a clean lazy afternoon read.

Homiletics Training: Content

Homiletics .   By definition, “homiletic” is the art of preaching or writing sermons.   I think we would all agree that our pastors study the Bible thoroughly to deliver sermons every Sunday to their congregations.   The beautiful news is that every child of God can use this discipline to study the Bible for themselves. As a member of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) Leadership, part of my required preparation each week is to prepare homiletics for the passage we are studying.   BSF offers an engaging seminar on how to use this method to study the Scriptures.   I’ve taken the seminar several times under two different leaders and I’ve learned something new every time I’ve attended.   I’ve also been doing the process of homiletics for over ten years and I can say that there is no better teacher than the Holy Spirit in this process!   So keep practicing.   Keep sharing and discussing.   I’ve been posting my homiletics on this blog for quite a while, now.   And I would like to share wit
