Divisions (run-on sentence OK, direct verbiage from Scripture):

1	1-5	The 144,000 and the New Song
Principle:		Knowing and loving God leads to unique and extravagant worship.
2	6-13	Judgment for beast worshipers and blessings for saints
Principle:		The choice we make about how to treat God’s Son affects our eternity.
3	14-20	The harvest of the earth and the winepress of God’s wrath
Principle:

Subject Sentence (10-word sentence with proper structure):

The 144,000 sing; God judges, blesses and harvests the earth.

Aim:

TCMATK God’s judgment is coming and we must each choose whether to be blessed with the saints or experience God’s wrath.

Application:

1	If you were to sing a new song of worship to God, what would you sing?
2	What action have you taken/will you take to ensure that you are blessed at God’s judgment?
3	What will you do to rescue others from the winepress of God’s wrath?

The Book of Revelation by Chuck Missler – Hour 21 – Revelation 17-18

Two chapters on Mystery, Babylon. She is the great whore. She rides the beast. She is the mother of harlots. She is clothed in purple, scarlet and gold. She reigns over kings of the earth. Homiletics . By definition, “homiletic” is the art of preaching or writing sermons. I think we would all agree that our pastors study the Bible thoroughly to deliver sermons every Sunday to their congregations. The beautiful news is that every child of God can use this discipline to study the Bible for themselves. As a member of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) Leadership, part of my required preparation each week is to prepare homiletics for the passage we are studying. BSF offers an engaging seminar on how to use this method to study the Scriptures. I’ve taken the seminar several times under two different leaders and I’ve learned something new every time I’ve attended. I’ve also been doing the process of homiletics for over ten years and I can say that there is no better teacher than the Holy Spirit in this process! So keep practicing. Keep sharing and discussing.
