My one regret is that there wasn't a first book called, "Experiencing the Incarnation".It seems to me that only as we truly understand the incarnation will the other 3 messages - the cross, the resurrection, and pentecost - really make sense. Christ frist becomes us, then he becomes our sin, then he becomes our hope, then he becomes our power. As his disciples we are to incarnate, mingle & identify with the lost, and live out the story of Jesus among them in his power.
